By accessing or using AirConcierge, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

AirConcierge provides a platform to discover and present concierge services related to short-term rentals.

We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

• Do not submit false, misleading, or unlawful content.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
• Do not interfere with security or normal operation.

Owners may submit quote requests free of charge. For direct profile requests, contact details may be shared with the concierge service selected by the owner. For shared opportunities, the masked request may be presented to eligible partner concierge services, and up to 3 of them may pay to unlock the owner contact details.

Concierge services pay for access to a qualified commercial opportunity, not for exclusivity, an owner response, a signed contract, or a guaranteed result unless a specific offer states otherwise.

• A credit may be returned if the phone number is false, the email is invalid, the request is outside the concierge service area, the requested service is not offered, or the same duplicate lead was already received.
• A credit is not returned if the owner does not reply, chooses another concierge service, abandons the project, or no contract is signed.

Businesses and listings on the platform may be provided by third parties. AirConcierge does not guarantee the quality, legality, or availability of third-party services.

Users remain responsible for their own decisions and contracts with third parties.

AirConcierge content, branding, and software are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or reuse platform materials without prior authorization, except where allowed by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AirConcierge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate access in case of abuse, non-compliance with these terms, or legal necessity.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
