What our data says — and what it does not.
This page describes the publication rules applied to market pages, rankings, providers, and regulation guides.
01 / MARKET DATA
Market observations
Each page shows its date, source, observed listing count, and completeness. Empty or partial extracts are not indexed.
An unavailable future calendar date may have been blocked by the host. AirConcierge therefore does not treat it as a booking or as evidence of occupancy or revenue.
Estimates supplied by a third-party dataset inherit that source’s methodology and are never a guarantee of future performance.
02 / RANKINGS
Concierge rankings
A provider must have at least 30 Google reviews and a rating above zero. Results are sorted first by average rating, then by review volume to break ties.
The URL year reflects the update year. Rankings are recalculated from available data, and their actual modification date feeds the sitemap.
03 / PROVIDERS
Provider coverage
City and service pages are offered for indexation only when the stored coverage contains a matching provider. Database failures deliberately fail closed.
Being listed does not mean a provider is verified. Verification status is displayed separately where available.
04 / LEGAL
Regulation guides
Each guide shows its verification date and official sources. A page predating the May 2026 national change remains accessible but is not indexed until locally reverified.
This content is informational and does not replace legal or tax advice. Municipal authorities, tax authorities, and current law prevail.
